LEDMax
LEDMax is a trichromator that enables the estimation of an individual observer's color matching functions using Maxwell's matching method. It includes 18 LED light channels from which different triplets are selected and matched by the observer to a white standard light. From these matches, the system can estimate the observer's personal LMS cone fundamentals and XYZ color matching functions.
- A side-by-side semi-circular matching setup that includes 2˚ and 10˚ fields of view
- Each side is illuminated by two spectrally tunable LED systems
- 18 multiple LEDs with center wavelengths ranging from 400 nm to 700 nm
