A: LEDCube can be installed in different ways to fit different applications. Three ways of installation are given for reference: ①Simple installation: LEDCubes could be installed to the ceiling by hooking the LEDCubes to the customized steel chain; ②Customized aluminium frame holder: multi LEDCubes could be installed easily and firmly on the customized aluminium frame holder; ③Munsell N7 standard viewing cabinet: THOUSLITE provides the standard viewing cabinet with a dimension of 50×50×60cm, which is very convenient to setup an standard viewing environment. Please refer to section 2.1 in LEDCube user manual.

Currently, LEDNavigator-LC only supports Windows OS, including Win XP, Win7, Win8 and Win10.
Each LEDCube has its own storage space in the hardware to store the recipe (the drive values of each LED channel) for specific light source. If different recipes are stored in the same light source number of different LEDCubes, the phenomenon mentioned in the question will happen.
Firstly, please make sure the LEDCubes are turned on, the wireless sender is connected to the PC, and the LEDCube driver is installed correctly in first use. Secondly, restart the hardware LEDCube and software LEDNavigator-LC. If multiple restart doesn’t work, please contact THOUSLITE or its distributors.
There are two possible reasons: ①unnecessary manipulation of feedback: if the original matched light is already very close to the target, say CCT difference smaller than 50K, a feedback manipulation may give worse result; ②Since the feedback is based on the latest measure result, please make sure you have measured the light before using feedback.
