    LEDCube offers very flexible installation methods for different applications, with three recommended installation methods:
    ① Simple ceiling mounting: Use dedicated steel chains to mount LEDCube from the ceiling. The pitch angle can be easily adjusted by changing the hook position on the back plate of LEDCube.
    ② Custom aluminum profile bracket: Custom aluminum profile brackets can securely and conveniently secure multiple LEDCubes, with height adjustment via a platform.
    ③ Munsell N7 standard viewing cabinet: THOUSLITE provides this standard viewing cabinet, which is very convenient for building a standardized viewing environment. Dimensions: 50×50×60cm.

  • Can the LED wavelengths in LEDCube be customized or replaced?

    THOUSLITE provides LED channel wavelength selection service from UV, VIS to NIR.Please communicate with THOUSLITE or your authorized distributor to confirm the required wavelengths before placing an order.

  • What operating systems does the LEDNavigator-LC software support?

    LEDNavigator-LC currently only supports Windows operating systems, including Win XP, Win7, Win8, and Win10.

  • When controlling multiple LEDCubes, why do different LEDCubes sometimes emit different light when the same light source number is selected?

    Each LEDCube has independent internal storage for the light recipe of each light source number (the drive value of each LED channel). If different LEDCubes have different light recipes stored under the same light source number, selecting the same light source number will cause different LEDCubes to emit different light.

  • Why does LEDNavigator-LC sometimes fail to detect LEDCube?

    If this occurs, first check whether the hardware switch on the LEDCube device is turned on, whether the wireless transmitter and software dongle are inserted into the computer, and whether the LEDCube driver has been installed for first-time use. Then restart both the LEDCube hardware and the LEDNavigator-LC software. If the issue persists after multiple restarts, please contact THOUSLITE or your authorized distributor.

  • Why does the measured matching light source differ more from the target light source after Feedback?

    This generally occurs for two reasons:
    ① Unnecessary feedback: When the initial light recipe is already very close to the target value—for example, when the color temperature difference between the measured value and the target value is less than 50K—performing Feedback may worsen the result.
    ② Feedback uses the most recent measurement as the baseline. Please ensure a measurement is taken before performing Feedback.

  • What if a required function is not available in the LEDNavigator-LC software?

    THOUSLITE provides software customization services.Please contact THOUSLITE or your authorized distributor for details.
